Depositions typically take 1-3 hours (not including setup and breakdown) Depositions have strict guidelines, and therefore require the most specialized equipment, including audiotapes, microphones, backdrops, lighting, time/date generators, and backup tape systems. Because each state and court has different guidelines it is necessary to stock all of this equipment. Depositions also require the most editing.
